Mobile Home Investment

This a mobile home that we flipped a couple of years ago. We invested $80,000 and we sold it for $160,000 . My husband had just retired, and I had just sold an ecommerce business I had. I was scared to death of sitting in our recliners and growing old! That’s when we decided to flip a mobile home. We completed a lot of renovation projects!  I’d love to show you some before and after pictures….

We removed an upper cabinet in the kitchen to open up the space between the kitchen and dining room. Then I painted the cabinets and added subway tile backsplash.
We removed the mobile home strips from the walls, filled them in and painted the fireplace.

We even refurbished the old bathtubs!
Wealso refurbished the shower and painted the enclosure. Ok…I splurged a little and put in a shower system, with jets and a rainfall feature!
